Max Houghton
Managing Director Max is our Managing Director, having joined the Group in 2020 and stepping into his current role in 2025. He brings over 15 years’ leadership experience in the legal, financial services, and contact centre sectors. Max specialises in unsecured and secured collections, large-scale debt recovery litigation, and CCA-regulated debt claims. He is authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and leads the firm’s strategy for growth and client success.Ben Dougal
Head of Legal Practice and Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) Ben joined us in August 2025 as our Head of Legal Practice, and became our COLP in June 2026. A solicitor since 2013, he has nearly 20 years’ experience in civil litigation, from high-volume claims to complex multi-track disputes. Ben has also led legal operations in private practice, working closely with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies. His focus is on innovation and efficiency, ensuring clients receive robust legal services in today’s fast-changing environment. As our COLP, he drives compliance and governance across the firm, ensuring we meet the highest regulatory standards.
