Paul Alker
Solicitor Director - Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) Paul is our Director of Legal Services and a solicitor with 14 years PQE. He oversees all of our advocacy and litigation services. Paul has over 25 years of experience in dealing with both complex civil litigation and consumer debt recovery for both large and small corporations. Paul is also extremely knowledgeable in all matters related to compliance and regulation especially in the setting up of compliance, management and audit systems for clients with debt portfolios and in delivering our client reporting processes. Paul will ensure that, in the increasingly changing legal and regulatory environment, we continue to develop and deliver compliance protocols that are efficient, cost effective and transparent.Max Houghton
Director - Chief Operating Officer Max is our COO having joined in March 2020. Max has some 20 years experience in a wide range and variety of litigation having spent 15 years at Restons Solicitors. Max also brings a wealth of experience and expertise in unsecured and secured collections, bulk debt recovery litigation and CCA regulated debt claims. Max is both SRA and FCA authorised.Rob Charnock
Managing Director Rob is our Managing Director and is well regarded within the legal debt recovery industry due to his client and customer focused approach. Rob joined TM Legal after 15 successful years with Restons Solicitors and provides expertise in operational efficiency, leadership and management, and business development. Rob’s key focus is to deliver compliant collections across the client portfolio which his team achieves by working with client’s customers to achieve a fair solution and outcome.
